kkfd Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kkfd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the kkfd platform operated at kkfd.bar and its responsible operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the website accessible at https://kkfd.bar, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and services available therein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the Platform, through which you access services, deposit funds, place bets, and receive winnings.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in your kkfd Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-cashable bonuses credited to your Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games or markets before they become eligible for withdrawal as real funds.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as amended or updated from time to time.
• "Business Day" refers to any day that is not a Friday, Saturday, or a Bangladeshi public holiday.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The kkfd Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on kkfd. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. kkfd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where proof of age is not provided within a reasonable period following request, or where the documentation provided is found to be false or misleading, kkfd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed for players located in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from a location where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. kkfd makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and the mobile wallet or bank account details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the kkfd Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — including accounts in different names, using different mobile numbers, or using different wallet accounts — is strictly prohibited. kkfd reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual found to have multiple registrations and to confiscate all balances held in those accounts.

2.5 Account Verification

kkfd may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request verification of your identity, age, or payment methods. Verification requests may require you to submit a government-issued identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of ownership of any mobile wallet account used on the Platform. Failure to complete requested verification within the timeframe specified by kkfd may result in temporary suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawals.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for keeping your kkfd login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account. kkfd will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

All bets placed, transactions initiated, and actions taken from your account are deemed to have been made by you and are your sole responsibility, whether or not they were actually made by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkfd support immediately by contacting us at [email protected] or via live chat within your account.

3.3 Account Suspension by Player

If you believe your account security has been compromised, you may request a temporary account suspension at any time by contacting kkfd support. Suspension requests submitted via live chat are processed within 5 minutes. Account suspension does not affect bets already placed and settled.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kkfd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. kkfd will endeavour to provide advance notice of any significant changes to available payment methods.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on kkfd is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits for specific payment methods are displayed within your account at the time of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted at kkfd's discretion. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits through responsible gaming tools may not exceed their self-imposed limits regardless of platform-wide maximums.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to verified mobile wallet accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one Business Day. kkfd reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only

Withdrawals may only be made to mobile wallet numbers or bank accounts that have been registered and verified on your kkfd account. Withdrawal requests to unregistered or third-party accounts will not be processed. This policy exists to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals and to maintain the integrity of the Platform's financial systems.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on kkfd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). kkfd does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred on the player's side due to the use of internationally linked payment instruments are the player's sole responsibility.

5. Betting and Casino Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport, market, or game at the time of placement. kkfd reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Where a bet is declined, any staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance promptly.

5.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, software error, or human error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or payouts being displayed or credited, kkfd reserves the right to void the affected bets and recalculate settlements using the correct parameters. kkfd will not be liable for any losses or anticipated winnings that are the result of an obvious error.

5.3 Abandonment and Postponement

In the case of sporting events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport and market. In general, bets on events that do not reach a conclusive result within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific settlement rules for that market state otherwise.

5.4 Casino and RNG Games

Casino games on kkfd — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real time. kkfd does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game provider.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on kkfd are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. These Terms provide the overarching framework; the promotion-specific terms provide the detailed conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that do not meet the minimum odds or game eligibility criteria will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kkfd uses automated monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; betting on opposite outcomes simultaneously to eliminate risk; creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; and any other conduct that kkfd reasonably determines to be motivated by exploitation of promotional terms rather than genuine entertainment. Where bonus abuse is detected, kkfd reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

6.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that are not utilised or wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. The expiry of Bonus Funds does not affect the real-money balance in your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkfd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by kkfd.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets with access to insider information regarding the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including poker variants, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not legitimate and will be reversed.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other illegal financial activity. kkfd complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkfd staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat and email.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, operating a betting syndicate through a single account, or accepting funds from third parties for use on the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

kkfd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity effectively. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players directly within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount you fund your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which your account is inactive but not closed.

9. Intellectual Property

The kkfd name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of kkfd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use kkfd's intellectual property for any purpose other than normal personal use of the Platform as intended.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, its content, or any game or software accessible through the Platform without express written permission from kkfd. Screen scraping, data extraction, and the use of any automated means to access or copy content from the Platform are strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkfd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of betting or casino winnings due to technical faults, network interruptions, or force majeure events beyond kkfd's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement calculations subsequently corrected under Section 5.2 of these Terms.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kkfd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. kkfd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

kkfd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and kkfd. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at any time via the footer of the kkfd website.

kkfd uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and verification service providers as necessary to deliver the Platform's services and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

kkfd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — kkfd will provide not less than 7 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, by posting a notice on the Platform and, where possible, notifying registered players by email or in-account notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by submitting a closure request to kkfd support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within one Business Day. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Pending bets at the time of closure will continue to be settled normally.

12.3 Account Termination by kkfd

kkfd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required verification, inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or for any other reason at kkfd's sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, kkfd reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and kkfd shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures communicated to you by kkfd support upon submission of a formal complaint.
